Return Policy

1 You can request to return purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

1. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.

2. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.

3. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case,within 30 working days  of the day.

4. Refunds for cash on delivery will require you send us your bank details to our email shubhamjain12@gmail.com and in some cases a link will be sent to you on your registered mobile number from our payment partner (Razorpay/Payu). You are required to fill in the details for a refund to be initiated to your account.

5. Refunds for online payments will be sent to the original source of payment.
